How Do I Qualify?
You may be eligible to participate in the My Fibroid Study if you are between 18 and 50 years old, have uterine fibroids* and experience heavy periods every month.
By clicking on “See if you pre-qualify” a questionnaire will pop up to assess your symptoms and overall health. This will help determine if you may be eligible to participate in this clinical research study.
If you pre-qualify, the study staff will determine your eligibility and contact you. They may also schedule an in-person visit to further evaluate your eligibility for the My Fibroid Study. The study staff will be able to provide you full research study details and answer any questions you may have.
In order to participate, you may need to stop taking some of your current medications. The study staff will let you know when they evaluate your eligibility. DO NOT stop taking any medication before talking to the study staff. You will also need to use two methods of non-hormonal birth control to ensure you don’t become pregnant during the research study.
*A previous diagnosis of uterine fibroids is not required to qualify for this study.
The information you provide is confidential.
